Dan Vennerberg

Dan Vennerberg is an accomplished materials scientist with extensive experience in research and development across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Manager of Materials Development at ANDRITZ since October 2019, Dan has previously worked as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Amcor and as a Research Scientist at Bemis Company, Inc. Notable academic contributions include a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science and Engineering from Iowa State University, where Dan also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant in polymer composites and nanostructured functional materials. Key achievements encompass the development of functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes and advancements in dye-sensitized solar cells, complemented by a strong background in undergraduate teaching and various research roles.
