Mikael Engstrom

Mikael Engstrom has extensive experience in managerial and sales roles within the fluid handling and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Manager for Nordic, Baltic, UK, and Ireland Fluid Handling Solutions at Trelleborg Group since May 2016, Mikael leads a sales team of 37 employees across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and the UK. Prior to this, Mikael was the Managing Director at Dunlop Hiflex Scandinavia, overseeing the development of three companies with a combined total of 27 branches and annual sales of 52 million euros. Additional experience includes serving as Managing Director at Freudenberg Sealing Solutions AB, where Mikael managed three companies in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, and as Sales & Marketing Manager at Dunlop Hiflex AB. Mikael began a career in sales and marketing as Division Manager at Hiflex Sweden AB. Mikael holds a diploma in Business Finance from IHM Business School and graduated in Economics from Nacka Gymnasium.
