Terry Cooper

Terry Cooper has a diverse work experience starting from 1997 at Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK, where they worked as a Master Trainer for over a decade. In 2008, they moved to KM&T as a Lean Consultant, eventually progressing to Lead Consultant and then Managing Consultant, responsible for delivering business improvement activities. In 2016, they became the General Manager at Silentbloc UK Ltd, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. This was followed by a role as Operations Director at iCon Aerospace Technologies LTD - Applied Composite Group LTD in 2017. Currently, Terry is the Managing Director of Trelleborg Group, responsible for strategic planning, operations, finance, HR, and overall business management.
