Bill Payne

Bill Payne has a long and impressive work history. Bill is currently the President of Trellis, a Herman Miller focused furniture dealership. In this role, they set the long-term vision, drives execution, and guides the leadership team towards change and growth.

Prior to their current position, Bill served as the Vice Chairman/Chief of Staff at Amway Corporation for 20 years. Bill was responsible for ensuring enterprise alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness in a global environment.

Before joining Amway, Bill was the President of Windquest Group for a decade.

Bill'scareer at Amway began in 1979, where they worked as a Marketing Manager for 11 years.

Bill's first professional role was as an Account Manager at Owens-Illinois General Inc. from 1977 to 1979.

Bill Payne received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Albion College in 1975. Bill then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bowling Green State University, specializing in Marketing and Consumer Behavior, and completed their degree in 1977.
