Prior to this, Karen worked as a Senior Account Executive at Career Group Inc., an Executive Recruiter at Parker & Lynch, and a Recruiting Consultant at Special Counsel. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Indiana University Bloomington.
