Erica Villarreal Ekwurzel

Erica Villarreal Ekwurzel, CFRE, MPAff, CAP® is currently the Chief of Staff at Trellis Foundation, a grant-making public charitable organization. Erica is also the Founder & Owner of CivicAIM, a philanthropic advisory consultancy based in Austin, Texas. Previously, Erica worked as a Consultant at Seeds for Change Consulting, LLC, and as a Grantee Consultant at KDK-Harman Foundation. Erica has a strong background in nonprofit and philanthropic strategic planning, program evaluation, and fund development. Erica holds a Masters of Public Affairs with a concentration in Philanthropic Studies & Nonprofit Management from The LBJ School of Public Affairs.
