Niki Boumpali

Niki Boumpali has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Niki is currently working as a Product Marketing Manager at Trellis starting from 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of a Senior Visual Communications Designer at Pavaso from 2018 to 2022, where they played a key role in developing go-to-market strategies, creating website and social media content, conducting customer surveys, and designing an on-demand learning portal. Niki also worked as a Visual Communications Designer at Pavaso as a consultant through KForce, Inc. & IT Services 2 from 2015 to 2018, where they contributed to Pavaso's corporate website redesign and produced promotional and training videos. Before that, they served as a Student Marketing Assistant at the International Center, The University of Texas at Dallas from 2014 to 2015, where they led the creation of an explainer video and designed marketing materials. Niki also gained experience as a Freelance Web & Graphic Designer from 2009 to 2013, providing branding and web design services to small businesses, and as an Administrative & Sales Assistant at Insurance Agency "Mey Sotopoulou" from 2012 to 2013, where they provided customer service and achieved sales goals. Niki started their career as an intern at Census - IT Security Research, Development and Services from 2010 to 2011, where they developed an interactive application related to network vulnerabilities. Earlier, they worked as an Administrative & Services Assistant at Private Education School "Katefthinsi" from 2008 to 2009, handling customer service and administrative tasks.

Niki Boumpali has a strong education background in the field of technology and media systems. Niki obtained their Master of Science degree in Learning Technologies & Media Systems from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts degree in Arts & Technology from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2013 and 2015. Niki also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Piraeus, where they studied from 2006 to 2013. Additionally, Niki has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Niki completed the Project Management Basics (PMBOK 6th Edition) certification from GoSkills.com in February 2020. In December 2017, they completed the Google Analytics Essential Training certification through LinkedIn. Furthermore, in October 2008, they obtained the ECDL ImageMaker Certificate: European Computer Driving License Syllabus v.1.5. from the ECDL Foundation.
