Vijay Thapa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, customer success, and account management. Currently serving as the Director of Inside Sales, Renewals & Customer Success at Trellix since November 2021, Vijay focuses on driving new business acquisition, enhancing customer retention, and developing strategies for upselling and cross-selling. Prior roles include Country Head for Offshore Business at McAfee, where Vijay established a renewals team and managed P&L for the India center, and Sales Manager at Dell Technologies, overseeing channel partner support in the ANZ region.
