Melinda Richardson has a strong background in customer relationship management, currently serving as Senior Director, CRM at Tremco Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing since February 2020, and previously held the position of Director, CRM. Melinda has been with Tremco since January 2006, starting as a Resolution and Custom Color Specialist. Educational background includes attendance at Twinsburg High School.
