Matthias Conradi

Matthias Conradi is an experienced professional in research and development as well as quality control, currently serving as the R&D and Quality Control Manager at Tremco CPG Europe since April 2019. Their expertise encompasses team leadership, project management, and product development in construction chemistry, specifically with MMA and PUMA formulations for waterproofing and flooring applications. Previous roles include R&D Manager and R&D Chemist specializing in polyurethane and methacrylate formulations. Matthias also held positions at Heytex Gruppe, 3M, and in academia, where research focused on sustainable chemistry and polymer science.
