Phyllis Hollis

Ms. Hollis has been one of the Independent Trustees since 2022. She has served as Chief Executive Officer of Hollis Advisory LLC since 2018. Prior to that, she served in various executive capacities at CAVU Securities, LLC, from 2014 to 2018, including as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Hollis also founded Egerie Consulting, serving as its President from 2000 until 2010. In 1994, she co-founded Utendahl Capital Partners, a minority-owned investment bank. Ms. Hollis is on the finance and investment committee for Guild Hall, a community arts, entertainment and education center and also serves as a trustee of several nonprofit company boards.
