Carol Jaraplasan

Carol Jaraplasan has extensive experience in human resources and customer success roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Trench Group since January 2024. Prior to this, Carol worked at The Entourage as a Customer Success Advisor in Growth Services from June 2023 to March 2024. Carol has also held positions such as Human Resources Manager at ArtiSign Solutions Ltd. and Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Entourage. Additional experience includes serving as Division Manager and HR Lead Officer at TESZARA, INC., and as Division Director and English Second Language Teacher at DCEC Japan. Carol holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from Durham College and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of the Philippines.
