Lauren Bitar

Lauren Bitar has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Lauren is currently working as the Chief Innovation & Strategy Officer at Trendalytics since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President, Data & Insights at HATCHBEAUTY Brands from August 2022 to August 2023. Before that, they worked as the Head of Retail Practice at Blue Seedling from March 2022 to August 2022.

Lauren has also gained significant experience in the retail industry. Lauren held various roles at RetailNext, starting as the Director of Retail Consulting from January 2016 to January 2018. Lauren then became the Head of Insights, Partnerships from June 2021 to March 2022, leading advanced analytics capabilities and innovation projects with retail customers. During their tenure at RetailNext, Lauren also served as the P&L owner for a significant portion of the organization's ARR in their role as the Head of Retail Consulting and Customer Insights.

Prior to RetailNext, Lauren worked as a Senior Consultant at Kurt Salmon from June 2014 to January 2016. Lauren also gained valuable retail experience at Sephora, where they worked as a Merchandise Planner for E-Commerce Color from March 2013 to May 2014. Additionally, Lauren held the position of Director of Retail at Eberjey from May 2012 to March 2013, overseeing the establishment of bricks-and-mortar business and managing e-commerce expansion and strategy.

Lauren began their career in the fashion industry, working as a Business Planner at Juicy Couture from July 2009 to June 2010, as well as a Senior Assistant Planner at Saks Incorporated from September 2008 to July 2009. Lauren started their professional journey as an Assistant Planner at Saks Fifth Avenue from May 2007 to October 2008.

Lauren Bitar has an impressive education history. Lauren completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing and Operations at The Wharton School from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from the University of Florida between 2002 and 2006. Lauren's educational foundation began at Coral Gables Senior High School, where they completed their secondary education from 1998 to 2002.
