Bradley Baker is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at TReNDS Center since August 2019. Previously, Bradley worked as a Data Analyst at ADVANCED BIOMEDICAL INFORMATICS GROUP, L.L.C. from January 2018 to November 2023. With a Doctor of Philosophy from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master's degree from the University of New Mexico School of Engineering, and a fulbright scholar from Stiftung Universität Hildesheim, Bradley has a strong background in Computational Science and Engineering. Additionally, they have experience as a Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology and as a Tutor at New College of Florida. Their research interests include the application of deep learning to neuroimaging data and the development of novel methods for connectivity and biomarker discovery.

TReNDS is focused on developing, applying, and sharing advanced analytic approaches and neuroinformatics tools that leverage brain imaging and omics data with a goal of translating these approaches into biomarkers that help address relevant areas of brain health and disease. Large-scale data sharing and advanced data-driven and machine learning methods as well as multimodal data fusion techniques are the underpinnings of our approach.
