Meaghan Mingo

Meaghan Mingo, PhD, currently serves as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Notre Dame within the Center for Research on Educational Opportunity and the Department of Sociology. Previously, Mingo held the position of Director of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Transformation at Warner Music Group, where responsibilities included social impact, DEI communications, and research analytics. Mingo managed a significant grantmaking program during this tenure. Prior experience includes roles as a researcher at Cornell University on the Systems and Schools Study, as a Research Analyst at Westat conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and as a Research Assistant at organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Facing History and Ourselves. Mingo's academic qualifications include a PhD in Sociology from Cornell University, an MPH in Community Health & Prevention from Drexel University, and a BA in Sociology from Emmanuel College in Boston.
