Lea Øe has had a diverse range of work experiences. Lea started their career as a Content Producer at Eventuelt.org - Culture & Event Guide in 2009 and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Partner and Chief Editor at Fashion Week Live, where they coordinated volunteers, managed PR and sponsorships, and ensured content quality on the platform. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Design Assistant at Hatch & Bloom.

In 2011, Lea joined Seismonaut as a Project Assistant and later became a Digital Advisor, focusing on strategic planning, concept development, and content planning for various private and public organizations. Lea also conducted courses and presentations on content planning and marketing.

Lea also served as a Platform Migration Lead, overseeing a critical migration between two marketplaces. Later, they became a Senior Product Manager & Data Protection Officer, responsible for identifying customer needs, implementing product solutions, and leading customer operations.

Currently, Lea works at Trendsales as the Platform Product Management Lead. This challenging role involves prioritizing and supporting multiple user-facing products, maintaining a cohesive vision across the organization, and emphasizing security and resilience.

Throughout their career, Lea has gained expertise in product management, marketing strategy, content production, social media, and digital advisory services.
