Nadeem Elnasr

Nadeem Elnasr is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in project management and team oversight. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Trendsetter Engineering, Inc. since December 2013, Nadeem manages a team of 5 managers and 55 engineers and designers, focusing on performance and engineering scope development for various projects. Prior roles at Aker Solutions included Senior Manager of the Controls Systems Product Group and Subsea Products Project Engineering Manager, where Nadeem led teams of engineers and engaged with clients to promote product solutions, ensuring compliance with quality, budget, and schedule requirements. Nadeem's earlier experience also includes positions at Cameron and Prime Communications, alongside an educational background with an MBA from Sam Houston State University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston.
