MARY ANN ("Anne") ASHTON

Anne Ashton has six years of work experience. MARY ANN ("Anne") began their career in 2001 as an Adjunct Instructor at Mount St. Mary College. In 2003, they took on the role of Auditor at BARE International. In 2010, they became a Proofreader and Fact Checker at Grey House Publishing. In 2013, they joined Literacy Partners, Inc. as a Doe Fund Coordinator and Instructor, where they designed new integrated curriculum for Doe Fund Participants, coordinated the Doe Fund program, and taught ABE and Pre-HSE subjects, workplace, and life essential skills. In 2014, they began working as an ESL Instructor at The Kati Roll Company Limited and as a Certified Business Inspector at TrendSource, Inc.

Anne Ashton attended Walden University from 2008 to 2015, where they earned their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education and Adult Learning. Prior to that, they obtained their Master's Degree in Journalism from Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism in 1979-1980.
