Irem Poyraz

Irem Poyraz currently serves as the Head of Corporate Communications at Trendyol Group since November 2020, where responsibilities include leading corporate and consumer communications across multiple international markets. Prior to Trendyol, Irem held the position of Corporate Communications Manager at Sabanci Holding for 14 years, creating communication strategies aligned with the diverse objectives of the group and its philanthropic initiatives in 13 countries. Irem also gained experience as the Corporate Communications and PR Director at Ciner Media Group, and as a Senior Account Executive at MPR Public Relations, along with an initial role as an Account Executive at Strateji Public Relations. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education in Leadership from INSEAD, an Executive Education in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Westminster, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Istanbul Bilgi University.
