Roel van Dijk has been working in the customer service industry since 2013. Roel began their career at Albron, where they held the roles of Project Coordinator and Sales Project Coordinator from 2013 to 2014. Roel then moved to Traverse Adviesgroep, where they were a Business Development Representative from 2014 to 2015. Roel then joined Now Interact, where they held the roles of Customer Success Manager, Manager Sales Operations, and Business Development Representative from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they took a sabbatical at @Home. Currently, they are the Manager of Customer Success, Team lead Customer Success, Customer Operations Manager, and Customer Success Manager at Trengo - Smart Customer Engagement Platform. Roel van Dijk obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), with a field of study in Business Administration / Bedrijfskunde / Business Management / Bedrijfsmanagement. Roel also obtained a Hospitality Management degree from Vakschool Wageningen.
