Nitesh Thadani

Nitesh Thadani is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Interim Director of Engineering at Mojo Mortgages since May 2024, Nitesh also holds a board member position at Treniq. Previously, Nitesh held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Smartr365 and MyPulse, focusing on streamlining mortgage processes and improving healthcare accessibility, respectively. Nitesh has directed engineering efforts at Shurok and worked as a technical program manager at British Gas/Hive. With a strong background in product and technology consulting, Nitesh has successfully led teams at WGSN and Barclays Bank, overseeing substantial IT operations and project delivery. Nitesh's foundational education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Mathematics from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
