Lucius Clay

Lucius Clay has worked in various roles throughout their career. In 2007, they began working at Moody's Analytics as a Client Service and Support Generalist, where they provided guidance on research products and services to clients and identified sales opportunities. Lucius then moved up to the role of Account Manager, exceeding targets and solidifying a significant book of renewable revenue. In 2011, Clay became a Credit Product Specialist - Assistant Director, bringing in over $2 million in renewable business and working with mid-tier banks on stress testing initiatives.

After leaving Moody's Analytics in 2014, Clay worked at ConAgra Foods as an Associate Project Management Specialist, where they led Kaizen events and developed visual management dashboards. Lucius then worked at Ecolab as an Assistant Marketing Manager before joining Sageworks in 2017 as an Account Executive. In 2018, Clay joined Trepp, Inc., where they held multiple roles, including Vice President of Sales, Director of Product Management, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President - Head of US Bank Sales.

Lucius Clay earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a specialization in General Finance, from Lehigh University. Lucius later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
