Tom Catalanotto

Tom Catalanotto has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tom started their career at GunnAllen Financial in 2007 as a Vice President, before moving to National Securities Corporation in 2009 in the same role. In 2010, they joined Citi as an Investment Consultant for the Tribeca Group. Tom then joined Trepp, Inc. in 2012, where they held various roles including Analyst, Account Manager, Assistant Vice President, and Vice President. Their most recent role at Trepp is Senior Vice President, CRE National Accounts, which they started in October 2022.

Tom Catalanotto earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Concordia College-New York in the years 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Archbishop Molloy High School from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Tom has obtained various certifications including the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) from Fi360, the New York State - Life and Accident/Health and Variable Annuity License from the New York State Department of Financial Services, and several securities licenses such as Series 63, Series 65, and Series 7 from FINRA.
