Lyle Dolezal

Lyle Dolezal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and technical consulting. Currently serving as a Technical Consultant at Tres Management since April 2022, Lyle has previously held significant roles at Baker Hughes, including Drill Bit Product Engineering & Development Manager and Drill Bit Product Design Engineer from 2003 to 2020. Earlier in Lyle's career, positions as a Product Development Engineer at IBM from 2000 to 2003 were undertaken. Lyle holds both a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, obtained in 2000 and 1998, respectively.
