Dinesh Kumar

Dinesh Kumar has worked in various roles in the IT sector since 1992. Dinesh began their career as a Project Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, where they were responsible for delivering IT applications for SWISSAIR. Dinesh then moved to NTT DATA Corporation in 1997 as Program Director. In 2002, they joined Bank of America as VP, Global Delivery Center, where they were responsible for managing strategic partnership with TCS and kick-starting the Business Unit’s IT Offshoring efforts. In 2005, they became Director of IT Offshoring at Aviva Global Services. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at Deutsche Bank as Vice President - Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management (Tech & Operations), where they delivered annualized 15% cost savings over a period of 05 years. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Shell as Retail IT Programme Director. In 2021, they joined Tresata as Managing Director/India Site Leader. Dinesh is currently an Independent Consultant/Advisor at Zinnov.

Dinesh Kumar attended St. Josephs College from 1983 to 1985 and Malnad College of Engineering from 1985 to 1990.
