Sophia Lang, MBA, CSM has a wide range of work experience. Sophia began their career in 2012 as a Party Hostess at Glendi Glam. In 2015, they became a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Franchise. In 2021, they were a HR Project Management Intern at Albemarle Corporation and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tresata. Sophia is currently a Human Resources Generalist I at Tresata. Throughout their career, they have improved recruitment processes, presented proposals for HR functions, managed the full recruitment cycle, and provided event management assistance.

Sophia Lang has an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Walker College of Business at Appalachian State University, which they obtained from 2017 to 2021. Sophia then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from Appalachian State University, which they completed in 2022. Her field of study for both degrees was in Business Administration and Management, General and Leading and Managing Human Resources, respectively.
