Meagan Baker

Meagan Baker is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Tresidio Homes since October 2022, Meagan manages all marketing efforts, including a successful company rebrand and new website launch in May 2023. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at CBH Homes, where strategic marketing for 40-50 communities was overseen, and Marketing Director at Trumark Homes, managing marketing for new neighborhoods in Southern California. Meagan's earlier experience includes significant positions at Toll Brothers, Ryland Homes, and Kentec Medical, demonstrating a strong background in marketing, event coordination, and brand development. Meagan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from SMU Cox School of Business, achieved in 2007.
