Bianca Plonner

Bianca Plonner is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR & Office Management at tresmo since January 2017, where the focus is on developing innovative IoT, Cloud, and App solutions in collaboration with clients and partners. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at ALTEN GmbH / ALTEN SW GmbH from August 2014 to December 2016, and Werkstudentin in Recruiting at MHP - A Porsche Company from April 2012 to December 2013. Earlier experience includes positions in process improvement at Siemens, human resources at SICK, and an internship at Gugma sa Kabataan. Bianca holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Human Resources from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
