Gréta G. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Gréta started their career as a Program Editor at radiocafé 98.6, where they were responsible for selecting and checking content for a drum&bass radio show. Gréta then worked as a Customer Service Representative at eBay, providing support in German and English. Gréta excelled in this role by handling a high number of inquiries and reducing solution time.

Following their time at eBay, Gréta joined Vodafone as a Technical Support Analyst, where they delivered customer service via telephone, email, and chat. Gréta then transitioned to Unit4, a Dutch software company, as a Senior Technical Analyst. In this role, they played a key role in establishing the service desk and designing the Account Management process in collaboration with HR teams from 24 countries.

Gréta continued their IT career at KUKA Robotics, where they served as a Technical Support Agent. Gréta supported employees in various IT-related topics and implemented effective Remote Assistance. Gréta later joined Unify as a Consulting IT Specialist, assisting employees and clients of a leading communications software and services brand.

In addition to their IT roles, Gréta also pursued their passion for fitness and wellness. Gréta worked as a BodyART Instructor at BodyART SG, specializing in yoga and professional training. Most recently, they joined Tresorit as a Customer Service Specialist.

Throughout their career, Gréta has demonstrated strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Gréta is adaptable, having worked in diverse environments and industries.

Gréta G. has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields of study. From 2005 to 2009, they attended the KREA Contemporary Arts Institute, where they pursued a degree in Fashion/Apparel Design with a focus on becoming a Fashion Designer. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2002, Gréta studied at the Partner Foundation, specializing in Women's Clothing Tailoring, again within the field of Fashion/Apparel Design.

In addition to their fashion education, Gréta also holds a Master's degree in German Language and Literature from Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary. Gréta completed their master's degree program from 2003 to 2009.

To supplement their education, Gréta obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Aveta Business Institute in July 2019.
