Sarah Gaete

Sarah Gaete is an experienced health professional currently serving as a Health Coach at TrestleTree since July 2020 and as adjunct faculty at the College of the Desert since September 2004. Self-employed as a Certified Health Coach with Take Shape For Life since June 2011, Gaete also held the position of Business Coach at Optavia until March 2021. With prior experience as a Registered Dietitian and Wellness Coach at Eisenhower Wellness Institute from June 2013 to July 2020 and as a Registered Dietitian at the Department of Public Health from August 2003 to March 2012, Gaete focuses on holistic wellness, assisting clients in setting and achieving health-related goals. Gaete's education includes a Certified degree in Integrative and Functional Nutrition from the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy, a Dietetic Internship at St Mary's Hospital, and a degree in Dietetics and Food Administration from California Polytechnic State University.
