Steffan Warming-Rasmussen

Steffan Warming-Rasmussen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steffan is currently the Vice President of Product Management at TRESU, a position they have held since January 2024. In addition, they also serve as the Vice President for Flexo Machines & units at the same company since January 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Steffan worked at Tresu Royse as a Business Development Manager from June 2019 to January 2021, and as an Engineering Manager from August 2017 to June 2019. In these positions, they managed engineers and external consultants, and was responsible for the technical aspects of TRESU products produced in the Americas.

Their earlier experience includes working at TRESU Group as a Project Manager & R&D Engineer from May 2016 to July 2017, where they implemented a product and sales configurator used by the sales team. Steffan also worked as a Project Manager and Design Engineer from November 2014 to May 2016, where they successfully launched TRESU's new carbon fiber chamber doctor blade system. Additionally, they served as a Design Engineer from December 2012 to November 2014, handling various design and development projects.

Prior to joining TRESU Group, Steffan worked as a Project Manager/consultant at U-Rope Access ApS from January 2011 to July 2012, gaining experience in rope access projects and safety supervision. Steffan also worked as a Rope Access technician at Scandinavian Rope Access from 2007 to 2008, and as a Pipe fitter at Esbjerg Oilfield Services from 2006 to 2007. Their earliest work experience was as a Metalworker at Barsøe Schou from 2002 to 2006.

Steffan Warming-Rasmussen attended Kolding tekniske skole from 2002-2005, where they studied Metalworker. Steffan then pursued an AP Degree in Production Technology and Product Development at EAL, University of Applied Science from 2009-2011. Afterwards, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Product Development and Technology Integration from the same university from 2011-2013. In 2015, they completed an Engineer's Degree in Composite Materials and Manufacturing at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Steffan also pursued Executive Education in Product Strategy at Kellogg Executive Education from 2019-2020. Currently, they are attending VIA University College, where they are studying Engineering Business Administration.
