Enrique Arratia

Enrique Arratia has extensive experience in software project engineering and management. Enrique currently works as a Supervisor for Software Project Engineering at TREW since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Medpace from 2013 to 2020, where they held various roles including Manager of System Development and Senior Software Engineer. At Medpace, they led teams of software engineers, worked on new software development and support for Commercial Operations systems, and served as the I.T. Team Lead for business development systems. From 2000 to 2013, Enrique worked at Cincinnati Bell, where they held roles such as Lead Analyst/Senior Project Manager, Senior Developer, and Internet Services Developer. Enrique played a key role in implementing projects throughout the development lifecycle, utilizing languages such as C#, VB.Net, and PL/SQL. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2000, they worked at GE Aviation as a Development Team Lead, where they led a team of developers in developing a project tracking system. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at ITESM from 1996 to 1999, where they provided customization of the Banner Data Model and developed a company-wide project tracking system.

Enrique Arratia pursued their education in Computer Science at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Enrique earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from 1991 to 1996. Later, they furthered their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Enrique also holds a certification as a Certified Project Manager from the Xavier Leadership Center.
