Eric Rice

Eric Rice has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Eric is currently working at TREW as the Sr. Director CX Operations. Prior to that, they held various roles at Intelligrated, including Principal Product Marketing Manager, Sr. Director, LSS Software and Controls, Director, Technical Support, and Manager, Technical Support. Eric also worked at FKI Logistex as Director, Technical Support North America. Eric began their career at FKI Logistex as a Controls Project Engineer and later served as Senior Customer Service Controls Engineer and Manager of Technical Support. Eric has extensive experience in technical support, project management, and software development.

Eric Rice attended DeVry Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and Software Development.
