Tracey Kramer

Tracey Kramer has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Tracey is currently working at TREW as the Lead Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Recruiter at TREW.

Prior to their time at Toyota, Tracey worked as a Senior Recruiter at Robert Half Technology. Tracey focused on full desk recruitment of information technology professionals for consulting positions. Tracey recruited for C# applications developers, SQL Server Database Administration, and Oracle Database Administration.

Earlier in their career, Tracey worked at Major Tool and Machine as a Recruiter. Tracey recruited for engineering and nonexempt machinist/welding positions, performed new hire orientations, and supported HR with benefits administration.

Throughout their career, Tracey has consistently demonstrated their skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, making offers, and successfully closing candidates. Tracey has experience managing multiple open requisitions at a time and has been recognized for their performance, including being named Rookie of the region in their first year at Robert Half Technology.
