Charmaine Nganje has been working in the scientific field since 2015. Charmaine began their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at Towson University, followed by a role as Lab Manager at the same institution. In 2016, they took on a Summer Research Intern role at Tufts University School of Medicine. The following year, they were a PREP Scholar at Tufts University, where they worked with mammalian cell culture, lentiviral transductions, and flow cytometry. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Gritstone bio as a Research Associate II in Clinical Immunology and a Research Associate in TCR Discovery. Charmaine currently works as an Associate Scientist II in Discovery at TRexBio.
Charmaine Nganje attended Towson University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology. Charmaine then attended Tufts University from 2017 to 2019, where they completed a Post Baccalaureate in Immunology.
