S. Leslie Adkins is the current Vice President, Marketing and ESG Development at Trex. Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at Kajeet from November 2005 to July 2008. Adkins was one of the first ten employees to join Kajeet and was responsible for developing the marketing strategy that resulted in nationwide retail distribution and national brand awareness within six months of the retail launch.

At Kajeet, Adkins led a broad range of marketing efforts, crafting messaging and differentiated value propositions, executing integrated marketing campaigns, directing public relations outreach, overseeing retail and partner promotions, and partnering with the sales team to secure nationwide distribution. S. also collaborated with the product team to launch new products and pricing strategies. In their role, Adkins built a team of 11 direct reports and secured agency partners for advertising, public relations, media buying, interactive, research, and grassroots marketing initiatives.

Before their time at Kajeet, Adkins served as the Vice President of Marketing/Ringling Bros. at Feld Entertainment from January 1993 to December 2005.

S. Leslie Adkins attended the University of Virginia, where they earned a B.A. in economics. S. then attended George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School, where they earned a J.D.
