Pedro M. Jesus has a wealth of experience in international business. Pedro M. began their career in 2006 as Sales and Marketing Manager for Tuthill Corporation Latin America, where they developed sales and business strategies for the Latin American market, restructured marketing communications, and coordinated the launch of new products. In 2009, they moved to Fluid Handling Support Corp as Sales and Operations Manager for LATAM, where they set up a Miami office and warehouse to support Latin American customers, partnered with new suppliers, strengthened relationships with current suppliers, and developed new businesses and sales strategies for the Latin American market. In 2011, they became Country Sales Manager at EECOL Electric, where they led a sales organization of over 30 people, negotiated large new business opportunities, recognized market trends and competitors' behaviors, and developed and prepared the long-term strategic plan. In 2012, they joined Grainger as Country Sales Manager, where they hired, led, coached, and developed a strong sales team, leveraged regional resources, and leveraged corporate relations with global and regional accounts. Finally, in 2014, Pedro M. Jesus took on the role of International Business Director (Industrial Group) at Trexon, where they managed their own P&L, achieved top revenues, GM targets and EBITDA, led and managed an international team, used Salesforce (CRM) to track sales activities and opportunities, and traveled domestically and internationally to lead the region, meet with reports, partners and key customers.
Pedro M. Jesus obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the National University of Engineering between 1997 and 2002. Pedro M. then earned a Master's degree in International Business from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2004-2005. Following this, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from Florida International University - College of Business in 2004-2005. Finally, they obtained a Certificate In Management from SMU Cox School of Business in 2017.
