Shaun C. has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Shaun started their career at MCI as a Service Delivery professional from 1998 to 2000. From there, they worked at Net2000 as an Account Executive from 2000 to 2001. Shaun then joined OneVoice Communications as the Director of Business Development & Channel from 2002 to 2008. During this time, they also founded and served as the CEO of SoundConnect, specializing in unified business communications, from 2004 to 2016. Shaun was a Board Member at Anglican Leadership Institute in 2017 and a Member of the Board of Trustees at FOCUS (Fellowship of Christians in Universities and Schools, Inc.) from 2019 onwards. In 2002, they became the President of Communications Resource Group, a telecommunications consulting firm, where they focused on developing telecommunication solutions for corporate clients. Shaun later joined CallTower as the Chief Product Officer and served as a Board Member from 2016 to 2018, playing a crucial role in the merger with SoundConnect. Currently, Shaun is the Managing Director at Treya Partners, a leading provider of procurement consulting services, where they help clients achieve cost savings and provides comprehensive services in strategic sourcing and process improvement.
From 1994 to 1998, Shaun C. attended Ohio University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Systems Management.
