Christopher Ferrel

Chief Strategy Officer at TRG

Christopher Ferrel has extensive work experience in the fields of digital strategy and advertising. Christopher worked at TRG from June 2012 to May 2021, starting as a Digital Strategist and eventually becoming the Chief Strategy Officer. At TRG, Christopher led the agency's digital new business efforts and a team of strategists, contributing to the growth of digital billings to 60% of the agency's annual billings. Christopher also worked as a Guest Lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin starting in October 2017. Additionally, Christopher spoke at SXSW in 2017 and 2018, delivering sessions on topics related to the future of the internet and the engagement with online ads. Christopher also worked as an MBA Capstone Consultant at Portalarium in 2012, collaborating on the launch of a Facebook game named "Ultimate Collector." Prior to their advertising career, Christopher gained experience as a Product Support Intern at Nimbit in 2011 and as a Kitchen Manager at Lunchtime Solutions, Inc. from 2008 to 2009.

Christopher Ferrel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2003 to 2008. Christopher then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Digital Media Management from St. Edward's University from 2010 to 2012.
