Lien Huynh Kim has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lien began their career as a Chief Accountant at Thien Nam Elevator Ltd, Co., where they were responsible for checking financial reports, planning costs, and assisting with budget preparation. Lien then worked as a Compliance and Administrative Support Assistant at Manulife, where they provided assistance in administrative tasks. Lien then joined SSP - Professional IT Solutions Provider as a Business Analyst and Team Leader, responsible for collecting customer information, software implementation, and support. Lien later worked as an ERP Software Consultant at JUPITER Systems Inc. Vietnam, providing project support and analyzing customer needs.

Lien's career then transitioned to TRG International, where they held several positions. Lien started as a SunSystems Application Consultant, responsible for providing project support and training on business software applications. Lien then worked as a Senior Application and Support Consultant, where they managed support tickets, conducted training and development for team members, and researched company products. Lien then became the Customer Support Manpower Development Manager, overseeing the day-to-day workflows of team members, managing project documents, and mentoring/supporting team members.

Lien'smost recent role at TRG International is the Professional Services Training Manager, where they managed internal and external projects, led the Academy project teams, and researched company products. Lien is currently serving as the Academy Manager, responsible for managing project courses, defining requirements, creating plans, and developing processes and procedures.

Throughout their career, Lien has demonstrated strong project management skills, customer support expertise, and a focus on training and development. Lien has experience in various software applications and has contributed to the success of multiple projects.

Lien Huynh Kim has an extensive education history. In 2002 to 2003, they attended the Mekong Delta-Aptech Computer Education Centre - Can Tho University, where they obtained a Higher Diploma in Software Engineering (HDSE). Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, they completed their Bachelor's degree at Can Tho University, majoring in Credit, Finance, and Economy.
