Head Chef at TRG International

Sanjok Gurung has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2013, they started their career as a Front Office Receptionist at Mercure Beijing Downtown. Sanjok then moved on to work in the Front Office and Housekeeping Department at Shambaling Hotel for a few months. In 2016, Sanjok became a Certified Trainer of 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria at Eaters LLC. Sanjok then joined Whitbread in 2019 as a Grill Chef and continued in that role until 2021. In 2022, Sanjok worked as a Grill Chef at Beef Eaters, Whitbread Plc before transitioning to the role of Sous Chef at TRG International. Currently, they are employed as the Head Chef at TRG International.

Sanjok Gurung completed their SLC (School Leaving Certificate) from Suryodaya English Secondary School between 1996 and 2008. Sanjok then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Xavier International from 2010 to 2012. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2015, they attended both the Swiss Hotel Management School and GATE - Global Academy of Tourism and Hospitality Education, where they obtained another Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management as well as Hotel/Motel Administration/Management, respectively.
