Lauren Prather

Lauren Prather has extensive experience in the property management industry. Lauren currently holds the position of Regional Vice President at TRG Management Company, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Regional Manager at the same company. Before joining TRG, Lauren was Director of Maintenance at Community Housing Partners from 2021 to 2022, and Regional Manager from 2015 to 2021. Lauren also held the role of Senior Traveling Manager at Aspen Square Management from 2010 to 2015, and Senior Manager at Pegasus Residential from 2005 to 2010.

Lauren Prather attended The University of Georgia from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Housing & Consumer Economics.
