Gary Elsmore

Gary Elsmore is an experienced operations specialist in the food and beverage industry with a robust background in managing and improving restaurant concepts. Currently at TRG The Restaurant Group since 2014, Gary develops and implements operational and training manuals for franchise support, while troubleshooting both front and back of house operations. Previous roles include General Manager at Delaware North Companies overseeing food, beverage, and retail operations at TD Garden, and General Manager at The Wine Network. Gary also served as Chief Operating Officer at The Restaurant Group and as Owner Operator and Regional Vice President at Bruegger's Bagels, where responsibilities included overseeing 41 retail locations and multiple manufacturing and distribution plants. Gary's career began with a role as Regional Franchise Operations Director at Uno Chicago Grill, managing the Midwest region. Gary holds a BS and BA from Plymouth State University and has pursued an MBA in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on education and business.
