Christa Kaizer

Christa Kaizer is the Director of Commercial Services at TRG UK/Europe. She spearheaded the development and execution of the commercial services function business plan, managed essential strategic customer accounts, successfully led a company rebranding project, and established a comprehensive statement of works process. Christa also created a new bid process, actively contributed as a member of TRG's culture team, and drove strategic initiatives to expand services and boost revenue. In her previous roles, she has worked as a Head of Professional Services, Head of Operational Services, Project Manager, IT Project Manager, PMO Project Manager, Project Manager at IAGCargo, Project Manager at Dictate IT Ltd, and held roles at John Lewis, Alzheimer's Society, and in NHS Trusts and hospitals. Christa is a Coventry University graduate with a degree in Psychology.
