Beto Sousa

Beto Sousa has extensive culinary management experience, currently serving as a kitchen manager at TRG Concessions since June 2009. Prior to this role, Beto held the position of Senior Airport Chef at The Restaurant Group plc from June 2008 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing multiple brands, achieving budget goals, recruiting, training staff, and overseeing inventory ordering and monitoring. Beto's earlier experience also includes serving as a kitchen manager at trg plc from January 2008 to May 2021. Beto Sousa completed a degree at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Coimbra from 2005 to 2008.
