Josh Dziak

Josh joined TRG in 2019 as Director of HR & Employee Experience. Before joining the company, Josh spent the last 15 years working his way up through various HR functions, including recruiter, generalist and HR manager. His background is rooted primarily in manufacturing, with a focus on machining and construction. Josh graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and a minor in Business Law, and then went on to receive his Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Management. Josh serves as the HR Advisor for a local nonprofit organization, the North Pointe Ballet.
