Joseph Stebbins

Joseph Stebbins has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joseph started their career in 2009, working for various companies before joining Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2012 as an Assistant Manager. There, they managed branch operations and supervised a team of employees. In 2017, they transitioned to American Family Insurance as a Casualty Claims Adjuster, where they handled complex claims and improved operational processes through strategic projects. Joseph then worked at The Adecco Group as a Staffing Manager, partnering with clients to meet hiring objectives and building industry contacts. Following that, they served as a Corporate Recruiter at ARI Network Services, Inc., sourcing and interviewing candidates. In 2020, they joined Allied Universal as a Regional Recruiter, responsible for recruitment strategies and improving hiring practices. Joseph currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment at Tri City National Bank, where they manage the recruitment process.

Joseph Stebbins attended Zion-Benton Township High School from 2000 to 2004 and obtained their High School Diploma. Joseph then pursued higher education at Carthage College from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resource Management, and Marketing.
