Angela Rudd is a Senior Vice President & Chief Auditor at Tri Counties Bank. Angela Rudd has over 17 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry.

Angela Rudd started their career as a Senior Associate/Supervisor at Grant Thornton LLP, where they obtained audit experience with governmental accounting and auditing, not for profit organizations, private corporations, c-corporations and various benefit plans.

In 2006, Angela Rudd joined SVB Financial Group as a Group Controller. In this role, they were responsible for overall accounting operations, compliance, internal controls, process efficiencies, audits, risk management, financial forecasting, management reporting and strategic business initiatives for 10 international subsidiaries/offices and 1 domestic subsidiary.

Angela Rudd joined Tri Counties Bank in 2014 as Senior Vice President & Chief Auditor.

Angela Rudd graduated from the University of Manitoba with a commerce degree focusing in accounting and marketing. Angela then went on to earn their Certified Internal Auditor certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. and their Certified Public Accountant certification from the AICPA.

They work with Gretchen Hritz - SVP & Small Business Regional Sales Manager , Janine E. Howard - SVP & Controller , and Thomas Kane - SVP & Director of Digital and Product Management. Angela Rudd reports to Richard P. Smith , President & CEO.
