Chris Speer

Chris Speer has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Chris is currently serving as a VP and Sr. Commercial Lending Relationship Manager at Tri Counties Bank, where they focus on commercial real estate finance and SBA lending. Prior to this, Chris worked as a VP in Business Banking at Bank of the West from 2018 to 2021. Chris also held the position of Vice President at LCB Capital Markets, where they played a key role in generating fee income through advisory services on commercial real estate and balance sheet secured placements. Chris has also worked at other prominent financial institutions such as Wells Fargo and US Bank, gaining experience in business development and business banking. Additionally, they have marketing and sales experience from their tenure at the Daily Journal of Commerce.

Chris Speer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Mississippi from 1999 to 2001. Chris then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in English from San Diego State University from 2005 to 2007.
