Greg Gehlmann

Greg Gehlmann is currently the SVP, General Counsel at Tri Counties Bank. Previously, Greg held the position of SVP Chief Bank Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Heritage Oaks Bank and Bancorp. Prior to that, Greg worked as a Counsel at Manatt Phelps & Phillips and as a Partner at Malizia Spide & Fisch, PC. Greg has extensive experience in corporate law, governance, and risk management. Greg holds a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, an MA in Political Science from The Ohio State University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Dayton.
